MORGAN COLEMAN
Hey there! I’m Morgan Coleman - I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Women’s Nutrition Coach, and the founder of Ready Set Sweat Fitness and The Clubhouse.
I curate workouts for busy women ready to tone their bodies, build back their strength, and find their confidence. I am not just a trainer, but also a mother of 3 girls and a wife to my hubby Kevin. The many balls I keep in the air on a daily basis has taught me how to be a focused leader, a resource for support, and an eternal cheerleader for my clients and friends.
When you workout with me, you will not only become stronger all over, but you will also create a stronger relationship with yourself. You and I were meant to do hard things, and I am excited to help you take your fitness and your health to the next level!

SAMANTHA M.
Samantha has been teaching movement for over 10 years. She began her teaching career in NYC teaching at YogaVida, the Prenatal Yoga Center, Yoga for Bad People & The Class. She now resides in Summit with her husband and young children. She loves to weave together strength, cardio and yoga to create a full body, heart pumping workout that pushes you physically, but also grounds you mentally.
• Instructs- STRENGTH AND CARDIO FLOW-45.
JESSICA S.
Jessica began practicing yoga in 2008 and received her 200 RYT in 2018 from Yoga Spark in Tribeca, NYC. She has since taught power yoga at numerous boutique yoga studios and gyms in NYC, NJ and Boston metro-west area.
In 2023, Jessica received her 50 hour Yoga Fusion certification from Powerflow Yoga.
As a former marathon runner and all round lover of movement + sport, Jessica understands the desire to “get a good sweat” but also prioritizes time for much needed stretching and recovery.
In Jessica’s classes, you can expect to work hard and be inspired to challenge yourself physically, pushing beyond mental limitations. You will leave her classes feeling capable, calm and accomplished.

LAUREN H.
Lauren is a NASM-certified personal trainer, marathoner, and former competitive gymnast with a background in corporate leadership as a former Spotify executive. Based in Short Hills with her husband, two kids, and their puppy, she brings a dynamic approach to fitness, combining discipline and creativity to help clients of all levels achieve their personal best. Come to her class if you want a challenging workout set to great fun music.

MICHELLE H.
Michelle has been working with athletes since she ended her collegiate athletic career eight years ago. She continues to coach high school sports, practice yoga, and train here at The Club. Michelle resides in West Orange with her fiancé and handsome black lab. Working with strong, kick-ass women is her passion and she is ready to get to work whenever you are!

I’m originally from New Zealand but have lived in Australia, Malaysia & Thailand. I’ve always had a passion for fitness & sport. I played badminton for NZ for 10yrs whilst starting my career as a Health & PE teacher. In 2016 I transitioned to personal training and boot camp style classes. I like to combine strength & cardio into a HIIT style workout - max benefits in minimum time!!
Moved to Short Hills in July 2024 with husband Geoff and 3 kids (16, 14 & 11yrs).
I enjoy travelling, going to the theatre and connecting with friends over a meal & drink.
I love the outdoors & prefer summer over winter although I’m currently embracing the winter with some snowboarding trips!

LISA
With over 8 years in the fitness game, Lisa isn’t just a certified pro—she’s a movement magician. Armed with certifications across multiple disciplines, Lisa took a global shutdown and turned it into a fitness breakthrough. When the world hit pause, she hit play—creating a one-of-a-kind strength training method that blends Pilates precision with serious burn. All you need? A mat, light weights, a resistance band, a ball, and a Pilates ring. (Oh, and maybe a towel—because you will sweat.)
Her results-driven approach, laser focus on alignment, and eagle-eye instruction style make it feel like you’re getting a private session—even in a room of 100. Her clients rave, results speak, and Lisa? She listens—and keeps raising the bar.
Off the mat, Lisa’s the proud mom of a daughter and a cavapoo named Rocky. A globe-trotter, self-proclaimed foodie, and EDM addict, she curates her playlists like a DJ headlining Coachella. For Lisa, fitness isn’t just about reps and sets—it’s about helping people become the strongest, most empowered versions of themselves.

CALLI-ANN L.
Calli-Ann has been active in the fitness community since she was only 14 years old. Her fitness journey includes: teaching at Equinox, Soulcycle, and currently coaching at [Solidcore]. She believes in diversity within the training atmosphere as an instructor. Calli has her BFA in Dance Theatre and when she isn't working out you can catch her on stage. “Work to fail; that is how you will succeed”.
