The Clubhouse Classes

STRENGTH

  • BURN

    BURN is a full body strength-based workout using a mix of light and heavier weights. In this class you will be focusing on larger muscle groups with an emphasis on traditional strength moves like squats, lunges, deadlifts, curls, presses, and of course some deep core work on the mat. Modifications will be shown as needed.

    BURN classes are around 72-75°

    HOT BURN classes are 85-90°

    Shoes are recommended

  • HIIT BURN

    HIIT BURN is a full body class that includes some high impact cardio in addition to strength training. Each session will be interval based.  Some sessions will be done as a group while others will be station style where you split into smaller groups. Modifications will be shown as needed.

    HIIT BURN classes are around 72-75°

    HOT HIIT BURN classes are 85-90°

    Shoes are recommended

PILATES FUSION

  • PILATES FUSION

    PILATES FUSION is a high intensity, low impact full body workout that combines the best of barre, yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Using light weights, you will master full body functional movements centered around the core that will make you stronger both mentally and physically.  This class is great for all fitness levels.

    Barefoot or grip socks recommended

    Pilates Fusion classes are 72-75°

    HOT Pilates Fusion classes are 85-90°
